    Annual Salary Range: $65 to $75 per hour

    INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst – Senior to provide advanced cybersecurity planning, STIG implementation, threat analysis, and cloud transition support for the 557th Weather Wing under the USAMS V contract. This role also serves as the Task Order Team Lead for daily execution and coordination with the Government COR.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The roles shall include:

    + Perform testing, analysis, scheduling, and implementation of applicable DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) across 557 WW IT systems.

    + Monitor and execute the Wing's quarterly STIG revalidation schedule and proactively track emerging changes to relevant STIGs outside of cycle.

    + Conduct continuous monitoring of cybersecurity risks and threats to the 557 WW's cyber environment and recommend mitigation actions.

    + Support and assist the Government with cybersecurity planning for systems transitioning to a cloud environment.

    + Ensure traceability and accuracy of cybersecurity implementation artifacts and technical documentation as required by CDRLs (A003).

    + Serve as the Task Order Team Lead, providing daily contract execution oversight, coordinating with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and managing personnel tasking and performance.

    + Lead cyber operational readiness planning activities in alignment with Government priorities under PWS Task Area 1.5.1 and maintain awareness of dynamic changes to IT security compliance requirements.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

     

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience in Air Force or industry standards for Cybersecurity and system accreditation, or equivalent experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) security frameworks. Must have experience with:

     

    + Endpoint Security

    + Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)

    + Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)

    + Threat Hunting and Risk Analysis

    + DISA STIG implementation and enforcement

     

    Preferred Certifications and Training: DoD 8140.03 and DAFMAN 17-1305 compliant certifications such as:

     

    + CompTIA Security+ CE,

    + Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or

    + Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

    + Completion of RMF-related training is preferred but not required.

    Proficiency in:

    + DISA STIG Viewer and STIG compliance tools

    + ACAS (e.g., Tenable Nessus) for vulnerability scanning and analysis

    + Security event monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack)

    + Cloud cybersecurity principles (e.g., for AWS GovCloud, DoD Cloud environments)

    + Drafting, maintaining, and updating cybersecurity implementation artifacts

    Security Clearance:

    Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
