    Job Type: Full-Time

     

    Annual Salary Range: $55 – $65/hour

    Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret clearance

     

    INTECON, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Compliance Administrator – Journeyman to support documentation, meeting tracking, compliance recordkeeping, and artifact management for cybersecurity initiatives at the 557th Weather Wing. This role ensures that contractually required cybersecurity documentation is developed, maintained, and reported in compliance with Air Force cybersecurity governance under the USAMS V contract.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The roles shall include:

    + Prepare and track meeting materials for biweekly Cybersecurity Update meetings and stakeholder engagements.

    + Maintain detailed minutes, action item logs, and records of stakeholder inputs in compliance with CDRLs A002 and A003.

    + Document and organize technical responses developed in response to STIG checklist validation efforts.

    + Assist with the tracking and administrative management of all IT security-related correspondence, artifacts, and repository entries.

    + Maintain and update an organized repository of cybersecurity documentation consistent with the 557 WW's information management construct.

    + Support collaboration between technical cyber teams and leadership by ensuring compliance documentation is current, accessible, and complete.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

     

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity administration, documentation management, or IT compliance support. Experience supporting technical or cybersecurity programs in a federal or DoD environment is preferred.

    Preferred Certifications and Training:

    + CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent baseline certification under DoD 8140.03 / DAFMAN 17-1305

    + Completion of training in records management, CDRL tracking, or SharePoint site administration is a plus.

    Proficiency in:

    + Cybersecurity documentation workflows and artifact formatting

    + Action tracking and meeting support tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote)

    + DoD-style technical writing, formatting, and CDRL output management

    + Structured document repositories and information governance systems

    + Basic familiarity with STIGs and cybersecurity terminology

    Security Clearance:

    Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
