Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking 2** **nd** **and 3** **rd** **Shift Electrical Maintenance Technicians!

Responsibilities:

+ Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical/electronic systems.

+ Work with Allen Bradley PLCs (PLC 5, SLC 500) for system analysis and troubleshooting.

+ Maintain compliance with electrical codes, OSHA, and safety standards.

+ Plan and implement solutions for production and equipment issues.

+ Install and maintain electrical wiring and systems in the facility.

+ Perform quality checks to meet customer requirements.

+ Document and communicate issues effectively within the team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

+ 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience with PLCs, AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives, and electrical systems up to 440V.

+ Knowledge of proximity and photo sensors.

+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree, vocational certification, or journeyman’s license. (Preferred)

+ Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing.

+ Strong problem-solving, technical, and mechanical skills.

+ Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

+ Proficiency with hand tools, multi-meters, and Microsoft Office.

+ Effective communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

**Salary:** $30+ hourly
