    Position Summary...

     

    Fulfillment Integrated Planning sits at the heart of Walmart's eCommerce evolution. Providing speed and assortment to customers requires all aspects of the business working in unison - this team is the central point to ensure that happens. Our purpose is to drive the customer value proposition. We ensure the right strategy is in place and use data to look around corners and ensure we can achieve our fulfillment goals.

     

    This role will report to the Group Director, Data Science and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

     

    What you'll do...

     

    + Lead the Integrated Fulfillment Planning team's evolution to use more AI/ML techniques across our forecasting and capacity planning processes

    + Generate data-driven insights to improve our planning processes (Root Cause Analysis, Regression, etc.)

    + Tackle ad hoc projects that support enabling Walmart's Next Day Promise Customer Value Proposition

    • **What you’ll bring…**

    + Coding proficiency (SQL, Python, etc.)

    + Experience with AI/ML techniques and how they can be applied in business contexts; looking for a Subject Mattr Expert on AI and the driving force on how we introduce AI to the forecasting process

    + Cross-functional influence and consensus-building skills

    + Advanced degree strongly preferred

    The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

    Option 1: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3: 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
