Job Description:

+ Designs and coordinates company communications. Responsible for maintaining policies and procedures, monitoring company media, and utilizing electronic publishing technology.

+ Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

+ Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Responsibilities:

+ Design and coordinate internal and external communications.

+ Maintain and manage company policies and procedures documentation.

+ Monitor and report on company and industry-related media.

+ Use Electronic publishing tools and Google Docs for communication initiatives.

+ Support the social media team with:

+ Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on social content performance.

+ Boosting and promoting select social media posts.

+ Tracking and compiling stories related to market and client into spreadsheets and email updates.

+ Highlighting weekly and monthly activities across platforms including LinkedIn and Client.

+ Gather and distribute key information from internal meetings.

+ Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions while working closely with cross-functional teams

Experience:

+ Support the Social Media team in managing and maintaining the company’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Client, and other relevant channels.

+ Proficiency in Google Docs and general familiarity with digital reporting tools.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

+ Previous experience in medium to large-sized organizations is highly preferred.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Skills:

+ Social Media Ads experience

+ Social Media Communication

Education:

+ Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area.
