Job Description Summary:
Responsible for leading strategy, growth, operational effectiveness, including development and maintenance of product specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance thereof, associated with products and programs supported by the Growth team to ensure operational alignment, execution, and support across Naven Health.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
+ Develop and execute account and/or product planning strategies to maximize sales opportunities, upselling existing customers to drive growth through market research and attendance at industry or customer events. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making, product development and growth initiatives.
+ Responsible for strategic ownership and/or relationship management for key accounts/product/therapy areas to ensure program design is implemented and effectively managed, in collaboration with Product Directors and Managers, across Naven Health and, where applicable, the Option Care network.
+ Works directly with Directors and Managers within Naven Health’s Growth, Operations and Revenue Cycle Management teams ensure competency and compliance with Product Specific SOPs and contractual obligations where applicable.
+ Accountable for compliance with product or customer specific Service Agreements specific to operational effectiveness (i.e. product specific assessments, persistency reporting, etc.) in coordination with Product Development team.
+ Develops, manages and presents Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and conducts follow-up procedures related to Operational Effectiveness.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 5 years of healthcare experience
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience managing multiple complex projects or deployments of new technology or products while meeting aggressive deadlines
Basic Qualifications
+ Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external clients and demonstrated ability to lead groups of individuals without having direct oversight.
+ Experience presenting/training various size groups and levels of management.
+ Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
+ Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
+ Proficient computer skills. Ability to work with Microsoft Windows-based programs, and acceptable data entry skills required.

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $79,190.00-$131,990.67
