    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Detailed demolition tasks

    + Pre-hung interior door installs

    + Custom closet door installations: Cutting 4 door slabs to fit an 8 wide by 8 tall opening

    + Installing closet door track and wheels

    + Finishing Work: Installing door casing and baseboards Light framing Pocket door installations

    + Door Modifications: Fitting blank door slabs into existing door jams: Mortising hinges

    + Planing doors Boring for door hardware Electrical/Plumbing: Confidence in capping off electrical and plumbing

    + Removing fixtures of all types

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a carpenter.

    + Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely.

    + Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.

    + Must have personal tools and PPE.
