Warehouse Data Entry Operator- Temp to Hire- Peabody, MA

**Location:** Peabody MA 01960

**Schedule:** M-F; 8am-430pm

**Pay Rate:** $20/hr

Job Summary:

Kelly Services is seeking a **Data Entry Operator I** to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll perform data entry from multiple sources—paper, electronic, and phone—into a computer database.

*The ideal candidate will have _warehouse experienc_ e and be highly accurate, dependable, and must be **comfortable lifting and organizing heavy boxes** of physical files throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Functions:

+ Enter alphanumeric data from various sources into the company’s computer system.

+ Review completed forms and client documents for accuracy and completeness.

+ Complete all assigned data entry tasks within required timeframes, ensuring high-quality output.

+ Follow data entry protocols and maintain document integrity.

+ Meet production rates and quality standards.

+ Provide guidance to users on data requirements and document status.

+ Perform general office duties including filing, typing, mail sorting, and operating office machines.

Qualifications:

+ Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

+ Must be able to type **50 words per minute** .

+ Familiar with **Microsoft Office Excel** and basic computer systems.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs and handling physical file boxes (15–20 per day).

+ Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

+ Comfortable working on long-duration assignments.

Physical Requirements:

+ **Routine lifting (35–50 lbs), pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.**

+ Sitting or standing for long periods.
