Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in a family practice setting.
WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Family Physician to join our growing Primary Care practice in Hanover, PA
Position Highlights:
+ Full-time position is 35 direct patient care hours a week
+ Enjoy 20- and 40-minute appointment slots
+ Phenomenal, nurse-triaged, call schedule: 9 weeknights/year, 2-4 weekends/year
+ Labs, imaging and specialty offices on site in this shared multispecialty suite
+ Family oriented practice with mentorship by seasoned physicians

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
+ Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
+ Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
+ Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
+ Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
+ Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
+ Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Administrative skills.
