As a **Clinical Team Leader** , you'll play a key role in shaping the future of care, guiding a diverse team of mental health clinicians to deliver top-tier services. Your expertise will ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and accreditation standards while fostering a culture of excellence and support. Key Responsibilities

+ **Clinical and Administrative Supervision** : Provide direction and support to a team of mental health professionals, ensuring effective performance and adherence to program goals.

+ **Oversee Treatment Plan Development** : Supervise the creation of individualized treatment plans, progress reviews, and behavior modification strategies for individuals served.

+ **Conduct Therapy and Crisis Intervention** : Lead individual and group therapy sessions, provide crisis intervention, and deliver other necessary clinical services.

+ **Ensure Compliance with Policies and Regulations** : Review clinical services and documentation to ensure adherence to program policies, legal standards, and accreditation requirements.

+ **Manage Team Development** : Participate in the recruitment, training, and management of assigned mental health professionals, fostering a productive and compliant team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

+ Required: Master’s degree in a mental health related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology).

Experience:

+ Preferred: Two (2) years of experience.

+ Preferred: Supervisory experience in a mental health setting or clearly demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

Licenses:

+ Required: Licensed or license-eligible in appropriate discipline. Supervisory credentials where required by law.
