    • What You’ll Do

    + Deliver ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to construction sites

    + Follow all DOT regulations and LHC safety procedures

    + Complete accurate logs and inspection reports

    + Keep your truck clean and well-maintained

    + Support your crew with occasional labor when needed

    + Stay in contact with dispatch and supervisors throughout your day

    • What You Bring

    + A valid Class B or A CDL (Required)

    + 3+ years of commercial driving preferred—but we’ll train the right person

    + A commitment to safety and reliability

    + A positive, team-oriented attitude

    + Construction experience is a plus

    • Physical Requirements

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work

    + Climb in and out of trucks frequently

    + Tolerate weather, noise, and long sitting periods

    + Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
