About the Role:

We’re looking for a **Business Intelligence Manager** to lead our global BI and analytics function. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the driving force behind how we collect, interpret, and act on our data. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to design strategies, tools, and systems that fuel business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the organization.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

+ **Lead with vision:** Develop and execute a master data management strategy that ensures consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of our data assets.

+ **Drive business impact:** Identify key metrics and trends, then design dashboards and reports that tell a clear, compelling story to guide decisions.

+ **Collaborate globally:** Partner with senior leadership and teams across departments to define reporting needs and deliver scalable BI solutions.

+ **Innovate and optimize:** Champion best practices in data collection, reporting, and governance—keeping us ahead of trends in BI technology.

+ **Grow and mentor:** Lead a team of talented BI analysts, SQL developers, and reporting professionals, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with a track record of impact.

+ Strong hands-on experience with tools like **Power BI, Splash BI, Excel Server** , and expertise in **Microsoft SQL** (Oracle is a plus).

+ 3+ years of experience managing global BI or analytics teams.

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills—you know how to engage stakeholders and translate technical insights into business value.

+ Ability to collaborate across time zones and occasionally travel for global support.

+ Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
