BJC is hiring for an IT Service Operations Analyst. This is a hybrid position. We are looking for candidates with CMDB or asset management experience.

Role Purpose

The Service Operations Analyst (SOA) role is an entry level position inside the Service Operations Team which is responsible for the management of Infrastructure operations processes. Identifies operational issues and potential operational issues. This role, under supervision, will support service management practices in the any of the assigned areas of focus.

Responsibilities

+ Gains understanding of service management practices and services by following the activities of experienced colleagues.

+ Contributes, under supervision, to routine service delivery practices in the areas of Incident, Problem, or Change Management.
