Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a senior level .NET developer with a focus on Azure for our retail client to sit remote in India. Under general direction, the team member will design, develop, and implement technology to drive customer and business initiatives. The role is responsible for developing, leveraging and incorporating new technology into the existing tech-stack. Key responsibilities include development of new internal and external systems, integrations of third-party hardware and software systems, and creating analytics/reporting platforms to satisfy stakeholders. The team member should be interested in embracing a wide variety of technologies to improve customer and business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly provide high quality solutions based on incomplete business requirements.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Systems / Computer Science

6+ years of IT Experience

4+ years of experience as a software engineer/developer/programmer

2+ years of experience on Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure functions

4+ years of experience .NET core / C#, Web API, Azure

4+ years of experience with microservices, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines

5+ years of SQL and RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server) and any document database

Agile development / tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Experience developing mobile technology

Experience with Restful APIs and JSON

ETL, SOA, and SSIS experience

XML, XSLT, and NAXML experience Experience with frontend technologies like Javascript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS

Retail systems/application support experience null
