• Small Cell Radio Frequency Engineer

    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to oversee and coordinate Small Cell . This person provides support for NCIF (Node Configuration Information File) creation and leads in-building DOT (radio) deployments, including COP reviews and RSRP coverage analysis. Their expertise extends to proposal design reviews, requiring financial acumen and a deep understanding of fiber work scope. Additionally, they manage market and vendor design intakes, inquiries, and coverage analysis, ensuring seamless communication with the customer (market RF). They also handle RFDS creation, facilitating efficient network planning and deployment. The role involves spending 50% of the time on conference calls with RF counterparts, cost vendors, and venue MLA, and 50% in magenta build, following up on milestones, financials, spend, and forecasting to ensure alignment.

     

    Pay Ranges from $45-60/HR

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience working for a carrier

     

    - Experience with RF Engineering and
