Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing and Comms Strategy leader to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of technology strategy, priorities, product advancements, and competitive edge, and the ability to synthesize this information into a comprehensive marketing and communications plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for the role our company plays in the industry and the value we deliver to our stakeholders, including members, clients, and providers. Highly preferred if candidates have knowledge of Payers Industry across areas such as care and clinical management, digital member experience, Healthcare self-service, AI to simply the experience member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of our organization to understand our technology strategy, priorities, advancements, and competitive edge. Synthesize this information into a strategic marketing and communications plan.

Industry Insight: Demonstrate a deep appreciation for the role our company plays in the industry and the value we deliver to our stakeholders.

Subject Matter Expertise: Possess subject matter knowledge in the Payer Technology space, understanding how all our tech domains fit together and creating externally consumable narratives.

Collaboration: Partner with enterprise communications, external affairs, marketing, legacy, and privacy organizations to execute our strategy effectively.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise strategic marketing and communications, preferably within the technology or healthcare industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, strategic plans.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives.

Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders.

Subject matter expertise in Payer Technology is highly desirable. null
