Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and packaging of essential medical products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician I
**Location:** St Paul, MN
**Schedule:** Monday – Thurs 5:00AM – 3:30PM and Friday 6:00AM – 2:30PM - approximately 8 hours of OT each week. As overtime eases up, the normal schedule would be Mon – Fri 6am – 2:30pm
**Pay Rate:** $20/hr
What's the Job?
+ Perform various functions on the assembly lines, including washing, wrapping, assembling, and packaging medical devices.
+ Maintain a clean production area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
+ Operate general production equipment such as sealers and autoclaves.
+ Receive and distribute supplies as needed in the production area.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and maintain reliable attendance.
What's Needed?
+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
+ Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
+ Basic English written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to perform basic mathematics.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
