    Job Summary:

    The **Project Manager Assistant (EIR Project Assistant 2)** will provide support to Project Managers in organizing and coordinating projects. This individual will assist in planning, executing, and closing projects within set deadlines and budget constraints.This position will also provide project support including invoicing, proposal setup/QC, project budget oversight, etc.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Associate/Bachelor's Degree

    + 1-4 years of experience

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

    + Strong organizational and planning skills

    + Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, VantagePoint & Outlook

    Technical Requirements:

    + Project setups and report generation from financial accounting program (company-specific system)

    + Project setups in client’s web-based platform

    + Uploading electronic documents to client’s web-based platform

    + Basic understanding of bookkeeping with accounts payable, accounts receivables and general ledger

    + Working understanding of PDF Creation/Manipulation

    Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Conduct environmental due diligence including land use history resource research/analysis (such as City Directories, Fire Insurance Maps, and historical aerial photographs), environmental regulatory database review, and site reconnaissance to identify potential environmental liabilities.

    + Prepare environmental due diligence reports to document research/analysis findings, conclusions and recommendations.

    + Project invoicing, budget oversight

    + Track Accounts Receivable, WIP

    + Assist with processing of outgoing documents including proposal setup/QC, report formatting/QC

    + Other operational administrative duties including vendor setups, check requests, Certificates of Insurance (COI), new-hire onboarding, procurement of computer hardware/software, office Supplies, mail, etc.
