    + **Advanced EMR** : We utilize EPIC electronic medical record in both inpatient and ambulatory facilities, ensuring top-tier electronic medical record utilization.

    Job Specifics

    + **Consultative Call Only** : Hospitalists handle admissions and night coverage.

    + **Patient Load** : Manage an average of 12-14 follow-up visits and 1-2 new patients daily.

    + **Team Dynamics** : Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APC, with anticipated future grown/expansion.

    + **Regional Outreach** : Provide care one to two days day per week at regional clinics in Park Rapids and Fosston, MN.

    + **Call Schedule** : Approximately 10 days of call per month.

    + **Technology** : Utilization of the EPIC electronic medical record system.

    Requirements

    + **Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology**

    + **Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology**

    + **Experience** : Proven experience as a Hematology/Oncology Physician

    COMPENSATION

    + **$580,000** . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
