    We are seeking a professional, qualified candidate for the position ofAssistant Property Managerfor our Commercial Property Management Division. Responsibilities include assisting the property manager for a large group of commercial office buildings with the following:

     

    + Rent collections

    + Financial reporting

    + Tenant relations

    + Building inspections

    + Coordination of projects to improve building maintenance/appearance

    + Vendor invoice approval

    + Clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in commercial/office property management and a bachelor’s degree in related field. CPM or similar designation and knowledge and/or experience in Yardi or MRI are a plus. Must have a valid drivers license and automotive insurance.
