    Role: Senior Developer – Oracle PL/SQL, Unix

    **Job Level:** Senior Associate

    **Duration:** Full Time only

    Job Responsibilities:

    Hands on Oracle, Java development with experience in:

    - Database Structural Design Concepts including:

    - Proper use and function of Indexes.

     

    - User Defined Data Types

     

    - Relational Integrity Constraints

     

    - Dimensional table design concepts like Star Schema

     

    - Oracle Stored Procedure, Function and package development

     

    - Demonstrated ability with advanced SQL querying (SQL Query Performance Troubleshooting and Tuning

     

    - Experience with building and maintaining large databases in an Enterprise environment

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Hands-on development experience in the technologies mentioned

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $102,500 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
