    We are looking for a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This is a direct hire opportunity.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For:

    + Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.

    + Take customer orders and handle payments accurately using a POS system.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.

    + Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment.

    + Educate customers on the menu and make recommendations based on their preferences.

    + Restock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.

    + Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and friendly service.

    + Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

    + Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

    + Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

    + Basic math skills and attention to detail.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand for extended periods.

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

    + Frequent walking, bending, and reaching.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
