Job Title: Payroll AnalystJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst with specialized expertise in Certified Payroll to support our growing payroll operations team. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, particularly under the Davis-Bacon Act, by ensuring timely, accurate, and complete reporting of certified payroll data for public and government-funded projects.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws.

+ Prepare and submit certified payroll reports accurately and on time.

+ Conduct payroll reconciliations and audits.

+ Process payroll data entry and payroll tax calculations.

+ Support payroll operations for construction and union payrolls.

Essential Skills

+ Expertise in certified payroll processes.

+ Proficiency in Paycom software.

+ Experience in union payroll and construction industry payroll.

+ Strong reconciliation and audit skills.

+ Proven ability in payroll processing and payroll tax accounting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in certified payroll.

+ Experience working in the construction industry.

+ Knowledge of union payroll systems.

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with four days in the office and one day working remotely, although the remote workday is predetermined. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
