Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
_The Clinic Supervisor (Non-Clinical) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare clinic, ensuring the facility runs efficiently and effectively. This role is primarily administrative and focuses on managing staff, coordinating schedules, overseeing patient flow, handling operational tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role does not provide direct patient care or require clinical certifications._
**Essential Job Functions** _:_
+ _Oversee the clinic's day-to-day operations, including managing patient check-in/check-out processes, maintaining inventory of medical supplies, and ensuring the clinic's environment is clean and well-organized_
+ _Creates and maintain staff work schedules and ensure optimal staffing across functional areas within clinic_
+ _Responsible for teams performance by conducting staff check-in’s, executing initial and regular training, and addressing staff concerns._
+ _Track and report on key operational metrics, such as patient satisfaction, wait times, and staff performance. Prepare reports for leadership as needed._
+ _Ensures compliance with regulatory standards by delivery of programs, processes and policies established by clinical quality team_
+ _Serve as the point of contact for patients and their families, addressing concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and care. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all clinic visitors._
+ _Addressing staff concerns promptly and promotes teamwork and a positive environment_
+ _Participates in interviews for all clinic roles with the exception of providers_
+ _May perform non-clinical frontline duties such as (but not limited to) patient registration, insurance verification, and billing._

Licensing/Certification
_BLS Basic Life Support – (required, within 90 days of hire)_
Education
_High School Diploma or GED (required)_
Work Experience
_2 years experience in healthcare setting (required)_
_1 year experience in supervisory/leadership role (_ _preferred_ _)_
Training
_EPIC Electronic Health Record (preferred)_
