Description

Responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, preventative measures, and ongoing maintenance of facilities & equipment. With diverse skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical knowledge, the Maintenance/Facilities Manager ensures co-workers have safe and functional equipment and facilities to complete their duties. Position responsibilities: • Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations. • Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. • Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. • Create and implement maintenance procedures. • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. • Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. • Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures. • Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates. • Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs. • Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary. • Maintain vendor relationships, agreements, contracts, and/or leases. • Negotiate contracts and oversee work performed by external vendors. • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain, Develop, and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliable operation of equipment. • Lead, train, and support maintenance staff, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards. • Collaborate with other departments to support their maintenance needs and coordinate facility improvements. • Oversee and support Environmental, Health, and Safety Objectives & Compliance. Working with the EH&S Coordinator on various responsibilities. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
