    Lead and manage ERP system processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management. Collaborate with global stakeholders to define transitional process flows and system architecture. Work closely with IT teams to implement and optimize ERP system changes, ensuring they meet business requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage ERP system processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management.

    + Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize ERP system changes, acting as the voice for the business in all IT changes related to materials management.

    + Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to support multi-site manufacturing strategies.

    + Engage with global teams across various functions and time zones for cohesive and integrated process management.

    + Analyze process data to identify trends and provide decision support for the Manufacturing Leadership Team.

    + Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and processes.

    + Lead and participate in projects related to ERP system enhancements and process improvements.

    Essential Skills

    + 8+ years of experience working with Oracle or SAP, ideally Oracle EBS.

    + Experience in leading large change management projects, such as M&As, integrations, ERP consolidations, migrations, or upgrades.

    + Experience in a lead role for these projects, understanding functional needs from end users and designing workflow/process flow.

    + Project management skills, developed either formally or on the job.

    + Experience with testing integrations, workflows, and other system-side testing.

    + Experience managing projects in a discrete manufacturing industry (electronics, med device, automotive, industrial).

    + Proficiency in SQL for data queries, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.

    + Ability to perform operational-based analysis, including inventory data analysis and capacity planning.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience deploying systems for mergers in a global environment with internal and/or external manufacturing.

    + Proven experience in leading systems conversions, including ERP system project cutover management.

    + Preferred experience in upgrading from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion or similar ERP/EBS migration.

    + Self-initiative, particularly in integrations, and ability to work cross-functionally and manage work through others.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work on-site from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work options on Monday and Friday.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
