Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a long-term warehouse worker who is eager to contribute wherever needed and is interested in advancing within the company. The ideal candidate will primarily work in a medium-sized warehouse, where they will take on various tasks including pulling, packaging, shipping, and receiving products.

Responsibilities

+ Pull, package, ship, and receive products efficiently.

+ Operate propane and electric forklifts; certification provided if not already certified.

+ Work outside occasionally as required.

+ Lift up to 50 lbs on a semi-consistent basis.

+ Assist in driving and warehouse duties as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.

+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs semi-consistently.

+ Clean driving record with less than 3 infractions in the past year and no DUIs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

+ Skills in general labor, customer service, inventory management, driving, loading, unloading, and pallet jack operations.

Work Environment

Work a day shift from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with potential future shifts from 7am to 4pm. Only one Saturday a year is required for cleaning the warehouse. Dress code includes jeans or shorts, t-shirts, jackets, and close-toed shoes, with a provided polo shirt.

This is a Contract position based out of Boise, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
