Job Title: Bottling Line Worker- Entry Level can start ASAP

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bottling Line Worker to join our team. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bottling line and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure proper bottling, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed.

+ Ensure honey and cartons meet the required HACCP and company paperwork standards.

+ Clean and prepare the department and equipment for the next workday.

+ Maintain accurate weight control documentation.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, packaging, general labor, general production, packing, bottling, and labeling.

+ High School Education.

+ Ability to read and write English.

+ Follow HACCP Requirements.

+ Follow Food Defense procedures.

+ Follow Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.

Work Environment

The role requires the ability to stand, lift, and bend for 95% of the workday, with additional physical demands such as squatting, crouching, and pushing/pulling for 33% of the day. The position involves working around moving machinery for the entire shift and may involve lifting up to 65 pounds. The facility can be warm during the summer months, requiring resilience and adaptability.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cannon Falls, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
