    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven **Distribution Supervisor** to oversee warehouse operations and ensure the efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising distribution activities, managing inventory, and optimizing workflows to support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff across **1st and 2nd shifts** , ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.

    + Oversee **inventory management** , maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely replenishment.

    + Manage **shipping and receiving operations** , verifying orders and maintaining on-time deliveries.

    + Implement and enforce **safety protocols** , fostering a secure and compliant workplace.

    + Optimize **distribution processes** , improving efficiency while reducing costs.

    + Conduct **performance evaluations** , providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.

    + Collaborate with other departments to enhance logistics and streamline operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    + Prior experience in **warehouse supervision or distribution management** preferred.

    + Strong leadership and **team management skills** .

    + Knowledge of **inventory control systems** and distribution operations.

    + Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** with shifting priorities.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
