Job Title: Onsite Manager
Job Description
As an Onsite Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our mobile home park community. From resident relations to property maintenance to financial management, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities
+ Generate and maximize property income by effectively managing core business processes such as leasing, resident relations, marketing, and maintenance.
+ Adhere to city and affordable program requirements, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor relations.
+ Complete tasks and projects within deadlines while working with little supervision, utilizing effective time management and organizational skills.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local landlord-tenant laws, including Fair Housing Laws, and serve as a resource for residents on legal matters.
+ Supervise and direct the entire property team, including hiring, recruiting, training, motivating, and assessing performance.
+ Maintain professional relationships with residents, associates, vendors, and clients at all times.
+ Lead by example in resident communication, leasing, and telephone techniques, demonstrating expectations to onsite managers.
+ Utilize market information to make strategic decisions for the property's success and actively engage in promotional/social/content marketing efforts.
+ Conduct regular property inspections, identify barriers to success, and assist with property emergencies as part of the Property Emergency Team.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience in property management with at least 2 years of recent experience.
+ Strong customer service orientation and focus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
+ Understanding of Title 25 regulations.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience in a related field preferred.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire others.
+ Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, rent collection, maintenance requests, and financial management.
+ Bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Environment
This role operates within a diverse apartment complex environment, requiring availability from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday, with occasional weekend work for onsite projects or emergencies. Candidates will be working in a collaborative space where bilingual skills are advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
