You’ll lead initiatives that blend strategic thinking, user-centered design, and hands-on solutioning to bring clarity, consistency, and connection to our tools and processes.

+ Identify and automate repetitive tasks to drive efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability.

+ Establish and maintain digital governance practices that ensure security, compliance, and brand consistency.

+ Partner across teams to understand user needs, co-create solutions, and roll out new tools with clear training and change enablement plans.

+ Track adoption and impact of digital initiatives, iterate as needed, and share insights with stakeholders.

    About You

+ Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, and Teams.

+ Strong familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots) and their practical use cases in knowledge work.

+ Proven track record in leading digital transformation or modernization efforts within a matrixed organization.

+ Skilled in creating intuitive digital workflows and user experiences that drive adoption and reduce friction.

+ Experience establishing content governance, documentation standards, or information architecture at scale.
