Senior Jira Business Analyst

What does a successful Senior Jira Business Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will lead the enterprise-wide, functional governance around Jira. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Jira is effectively utilized and optimized to meet the needs of various teams across Fiserv. Your deep expertise in Jira and business analysis will drive improvements to workflows and processes, enhancing overall productivity and project tracking within our dynamic and innovative environment.

What you will do:

+ Develop and implement Jira governance frameworks and best practices.

+ Conduct Jira training sessions for various teams to ensure efficient use of the platform.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and configure Jira to meet business requirements.

+ Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with governance policies.

+ Create and maintain documentation related to Jira configurations and workflows.

+ Analyze metrics and reports generated by Jira to identify areas for process improvement.

+ Provide support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues.

+ Manage user roles and permissions within Jira to ensure data security and proper access controls.

What you will need to have:

+ 8+ years of experience working with Jira in an enterprise setting.

+ 8+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.

+ 8+ years of experience in developing governance frameworks for software tools.

+ 8+ years of experience using Agile methodologies.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

+ 8+ years of experience in project management using Jira.

+ 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise software tools.

+ Advanced knowledge of Jira plugins and integrations.

+ Experience in training users on Jira functionalities and best practices.

+ Certification in Jira Administration.

Salary Range

$102,100.00 - $182,400.00

_These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ._
