As our Customer Experience Expert, your role is to help others solve their challenges with an attitude that creates a "just say yes" experience and brightens people's day. You'll be the voice of our company—turning incoming calls into booked service appointments and ensuring every customer is left with a smile!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Convert incoming calls into scheduled service appointments.

    + Deliver clear, engaging, and personable calls.

    + Respond to customer needs, resolve issues, and foster repeat business.

    + Maintain and update customer records accurately.

    + Adhere to our customer complaint resolution plan to keep clients happy.

    + Participate in training and outbound call initiatives to boost your success.

    What You Bring:

    + A proven track record in customer service.

    + Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

    + Strong IT skills, fast typing, and proficiency with phone systems.

    + A team-oriented mindset but with a competitive edge.

    + Highly organized, with top-notch follow-through skills.

    + An empathetic approach to building customer trust.

    + Positive, flexible, and motivated to succeed!
