Description of Job
General Statement Of Duties:
Position supports technology systems maintained by the Human Resources Division of the Colorado Judicial Department. This position performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, user support and training, application, and enterprise system support, troubleshooting software issues, account maintenance and report development.

Essential Functions:
Understands and follows Human Resources operating procedures to ensure that technical solutions match user needs in an appropriate manner.
Monitors support line incidents and service requests. Provides first tier support to assist users with system questions or issues, troubleshoots errors and alert messages.
Assists with user communication and outreach.
Acts as a training resource for users on the use of departmental systems based on existing training materials. Documents training of staff.
Assists in creating and updating training documents.
Maintains system accounts including adding, editing and removal of users. Configures users for role.
Updates and adds system data as needed.
Assists in testing functionality and performance of existing systems.
Works collaboratively with vendors and other departments to provide solutions for business requirements.
Assists in creating and updating system reports.
Performs project tasks as needed.
Attends meetings and trainings as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisor Responsibilities:
Job has no responsibility for the direction and supervision of others.
Physical Demands:
Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
Work Environment:
Good--Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions and/or hazards.

This position is within the Human Resources Division of the State Court Administrator's Office and offers a hybrid work schedule (combining on-site and remote) recognizing the balance between professional productivity and personal well-being. Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE EQUIVALENCY
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
OR
Five (5) years of professional computer/IT technical support experience.
WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE
One (1) year of professional computer/IT/Human Resources technical support experience in Human Resources related systems.
