About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI & Data Lead with over 12 years of experience in financial services, specifically within wealth and investment management. This role demands a deep understanding of the private wealth advisory lifecycle, AI/ML platforms, and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation through data and AI transformation.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML platforms and architectures tailored to wealth and investment management.
+ Drive large-scale data and AI transformation initiatives across advisory ecosystems, including captive advisors and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
+ Architect and develop solutions using AWS services such as Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock.
+ Guide and mentor development teams, including prompt engineering and model optimization.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business goals.
+ Ensure robust cloud architecture and deployment strategies are in place.
+ Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
+ 12+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on wealth and investment management data.
+ Proven track record of delivering AI and machine learning projects with measurable business impact.
+ Hands-on experience with the private wealth management advisory lifecycle.
+ Proficiency in AWS services, especially Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock.
+ Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
+ Deep understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
+ Experience leading development teams and AI/ML initiatives.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Comprehend, and Amazon Lex.
+ Knowledge of data engineering and ETL pipelines.
+ Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
+ Understanding of data privacy, governance, and security best practices.
Nice to Have:
+ Experience with generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., GPT, GANs).
+ Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
+ Proficiency with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
+ Strong grasp of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110841 - $145000/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
