    Job Summary: The Strategic Sourcing & Contract Administrator will ensure contract compliance for Saint Francis Health System Supply Chain contracts. This role will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Legal and our Group Purchasing Organization to ensure Supply Chain contracts are accessed, stored, managed and communicated to pertinent parties in a detailed and clear manner.

     

    Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree. Business, Law, or related field, preferred.

     

    Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Certified Sourcing Professional (CSP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) through Institute for Supply Management, preferred.

     

    Work Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in contracting or supply chain related experience. Experience in a healthcare related environment, preferred.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of supply chain contracting strategies and contract maintenance. Basic knowledge of strategic sourcing and negotiating. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software. Analytical skills to enable sourcing and contracting decisions based on evaluation of various data sources. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong business relationships. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast fasted environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines. Superior ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

     

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Monitors contract lifecycle for Saint Francis Health System Supply Chain Contracts. Obtains valid and timely internal and external contract signatures. Verifies contract pricing, terms and conditions are being implemented as intended internally as well as with Saint Francis' Group Purchasing Organization. Conducts research, analysis, and interprets data to validate opportunities in contracting. Presents research, analysis, and discrepancy findings concisely. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for the purpose of managing contract performance for compliance with contract deliverables, assisting with conducting business reviews, and working with cross functional teams.

     

    Decision Making: Independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision.

     

    Working Relationships: Coordinates activities of others (does not supervise). Works with internal and/or external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.
