About this Role:
The Inside Account Executive works in a high-volume sales environment utilizing a proven advanced sales strategy. The role involves managing outbound calls and prospecting inquiries for potential business customers, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions to foster long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do:
+ Create client engagement through outbound prospecting calls for business clients via phone, email, and chat.
+ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
+ Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
+ Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
+ Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
+ Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
+ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
+ Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
Do You Have:
+ Windstream requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher.
+ Self-motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.
+ Experience with cold calling (Preferred)
+ Bilingual (a plus).
+ Must reside in the following locations: Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Oklahoma or Iowa.

The starting compensation range for this job is $ $34,400 to $41,30000.
