**Harborview Medical Center's REHAB OP ORTHO OT PT** has an outstanding opportunity for a Part-time Days Patient Services Specialist.

+ Opportunity to provide career growthThis Patient Services Specialist 2 position supports five Rehab Services clinics. Four of these clinics are located on the Harborview campus and one clinic is located offsite on Eastlake Ave in Seattle. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
+ Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
+ Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
+ Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery **REQUIREMENTS**
+ High school graduation or equivalent AND
+ One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience **OR**
