The role** **you** **’ll** **contribute** **:

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Growth is a leadership role with a focus on planning and facilitating high-impact initiatives and projects. This position holds a significant level of responsibility, requiring advanced critical thinking and the ability to effectively communicate and influence a diverse set of key stakeholders, including Division and Campus C-Suites, as well as corporate leaders. This position necessitates a proven track record in successfully planning and executing strategic initiatives with substantial influence, demonstrating the ability to manage significant and competing deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints and optimizing resource utilization. The Senior Manager will spearhead the detailed planning and execution of initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, while mentoring and recognizing the distinct responsibilities of supporting team members, including program manager(s) and strategy specialist(s). In addition to the successful go-live of an initiative or project, the Senior Manager will also monitor performance and present this to C-Suite and Executive Leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful strategic initiative development and execution management in health care settings. The Senior Manager must be high energy, committed to producing collective and individual results, and possess drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-based environment. The Senior Manager accepts responsibility for maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

+ Strategic Initiative Planning and Execution: Plan and strategically execute complex projects across diverse healthcare initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and overarching strategic plans.

+ Leadership and Team Development: Collaborate with program manager(s) and specialist(s) to ensure seamless initiative planning and execution support across multiple complex projects.

+ Strategic Vision and Planning - Process Optimization and Scalability: Spearhead the development of forward-thinking strategic plans and initiatives with a key focus on aligning with the Division’s overarching goals.

+ Strategic Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Division to define comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

+ Strategic Contribution: Develop strategic recommendations to inform decision-making in the planning and execution of high-impact strategic projects.
