    The Outpatient Pharmacy department at Hawai‘i Pacific Health is committed to ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care and service. We are responsible for compounding and dispensing medications and supplies, as well as providing drug information and education. We strive to ensure our patients remain healthy by providing convenient access to safe and effective medication and offering expert advice. Our department partners with providers and other health care personnel in the hospitals and clinics to create a healthier Hawai‘i.

     

    As the Pharmacy Technician, you will fill routine orders, assist with compounding, and perform related technical and clerical duties necessary for the operation of the department. The Pharmacy Technician will also be expected to float to all outpatient pharmacy locations. We are looking for someone meticulous with strong organizational and communication skills, attention to quality control and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

    **Minimum Qualifications:** High school or equivalent.

    **Preferred Qualifications:** Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Previous outpatient pharmacy experience.
