    Job Overview

    Description:

    A local Dubuque company is looking for a retail associate to help during their day shift.

     

    Hours of store operation: 8am to 7pm M-F, Sat and Sun 10am to 3pm

    Pay: $15/hour

    **Shifts:** Part Time 25-30 hours a week and includes some nights/weekends.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide customer service to walk-ins and over the phone

    + Receive and process packages

    + Operate point-of-sale system, cash handling

    + Operate all equipment and software required

    Qualifications:

    + Able to lift 40+ pounds

    + Willing and able to work Monday through Sunday

    + Good communication and customer service skills

    + Previous retail experience preferred
