    Screen Printing Associate Location: Dubuque, IA

     

    Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

     

    Wage: $18 / hour

    Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a hands-on, creative environment? Our client, a local printing shop in Dubuque, IA, is seeking a Screen Printing Employee to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Operate screen printing equipment to print designs on apparel

    • Set up and clean screens for production runs

    • Ensure print quality and consistency

    • Assist with ink mixing, press adjustments, and troubleshooting

    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience in screen printing is preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

    • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

    Requirements:

    • Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen

    • Reliable transportation to and from work
