What You’ll Do
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll work closely with clients, carriers, and your teammates to provide top-tier service and insurance solutions that protect homes, vehicles, and everything in between.
+ Support new and existing personal lines clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims guidance
+ Deliver exceptional service with a focus on **integrity** , **teamwork** , and **excellence**
+ Assist in quoting and binding coverage in partnership with producers
+ Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system (EPIC)
+ Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and risks are managed appropriately
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior insurance experience—we’re willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong service mindset and willingness to learn.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
+ Strong attention to detail and follow-through
+ A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach
+ Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
