About the Job
Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Analytics Program Management team within Operational Analytics. We are looking for an individual who will lead our amazing Analytics Program Management team and help advance our advertising operations capabilities by driving efforts to build dashboards that power our business. Responsible for gathering requirements, defining metrics and KPIs (both Core and Operational KPIs), stakeholder management, roadmap and prioritization, and timely delivery of the dashboards for our ad products across all WMC’s Display, Search, and In-stores offerings.
Responsibilities:
• Provide vision, leadership and day-to-day management of the Analytics Program Management team
• Lead the efforts on gathering requirements, identifying dimensions and metrics, consistency in metric definition to power decision making on inventory, pricing, sell-thru rates, performance metrics, etc. Advance our operational capabilities with reporting to guide pricing, packaging, inventory forecasts, campaign optimization and management, sales strategy, operational planning and efficiency, and optimizing our advertising yield.
• Partner closely with leadership within Operations & Client Services, Sales Strategy and Enablement, Business Operations, Product and Sales to ensure instrumentation and tracking of metrics with high degree of accuracy where possible.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
• Ensure consistency in metric definition through data dictionaries and socialization of the dashboards
• Accountable for the timely delivery of the dashboards and reports
• Identify process and tracking gaps
• Own accountability for the capture of all the relevant metrics for Operations & Client Services, Yield, Revenue Operations, Client Services and Media Insights
• Collaborate with XFN insights teams including contributing to Weekly Business Reviews
• Ownership of tracking and surfacing OKRs and other operational metrics
• Hold teams and leaders within Operations & Client Services accountable for the OKRs and KPIs
• Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
• Establish team goals and visions and work with direct reports to execute, measure progress, and share results.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of Business Intelligence Program Managers
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
• Work with offshore analytics teams as needed and develop clear roles and responsibilities for the team
Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of prior working experience in a Business Intelligence or related function
• 2+ years of online advertising industry working experience preferred with an understanding of advertising KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, lead, and mentor a high-performance team
• Fluency in the language of digital media and online measurement: impressions, CTR, CPMs, STR, Fill rates, unique users, page views, visits, campaigns, optimizations, viewability, demo comps, etc.
• Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal; with ability to communicate / present to internal teams, also ability to express complex technical topics clearly & easily.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and often lack of clarity, demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Ability to lead teams with empathy while creating a high-performance culture

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
