    + Ensures all training content and digital materials adhere to internal branding, voice, and accessibility standards, working closely with communications and brand compliance teams.

    + Develops and updates training materials including guides, job aids, infographics, eLearning scripts, and digital assets that support in-person and virtual training programs.

    + Writes, formats, and maintains content across learning platforms and internal portals, applying UX and instructional design principles to improve clarity and user experience.

    + Creates and manages recurring learning newsletters, course highlights, and engagement campaigns, analyzing metrics and feedback to optimize reach and relevance.

    + Supports the training team with additional writing, editing, and content coordination needs as assigned.

     

    Minimum 2–4 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or digital content creation, with demonstrated project management skills in a training or corporate learning environment (experience with eLearning authoring tools and digital platforms strongly preferred).

     

    Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact learning initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

     

    High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.

     

    Recognized as a subject matter resource with advanced knowledge of training operations, content development workflows, and digital learning platforms. Provides mentorship and guidance to team members on content and project execution.

     

    Exercises sound judgment to prioritize and coordinate daily tasks and project timelines across the training function.

     

    Acts as a go-to resource for resolving complex issues related to learning content, tools, or learner engagement.

     

    Oversees or assigns work to team members to ensure timely, high-quality content development and project completion aligned with departmental goals.
