Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
What your background should look like:
Inventory Planning- Working through SAP to plan delivery orders and trouble shoot issues.
Inventory control- working with warehouse staff to count and resolve inventory overages and shortages. Set up bins for cycle counting, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
Customer Service- Working with Inside and outside customers through Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and phone calls. This includes expediting orders, resolving DC related issues, and booking pickups with customers and third party vendors. This also including reporting signed bill of ladings and tracking to customers and third parties.
SAP trouble shooting and reporting- Work with the warehouse team to resolve issues in SAP for orders. Generate picking for specific customers and order adjustments as needed. Delivery reconciliation to make sure the days work is released and without issues. Sending nightly reports on the work load and open issues.
Warehouse support- Packing and resolving packing issues.
Export support- Supporting export with systematic order consolidation, pre-alerting third party carriers, resolving customer service issues, and resolving system issues in SAP.
Programs- SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe reader, Teams, and Power Point.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $38,100 –$57,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
