Program Management and Planning Operations \- Level 5
This is a position for a Program Management & Planning Operations responsible for assisting the Program Manager and program management team in the execution of a classified ADP effort within the Fighter Improvements and Derivatives organization\.
What You Will Be Doing:
This role will act as a critical member of the program management office in an operations role as the Lead Integrator\. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate metric reporting, coordination of critical customer events and presentation of program status to include master schedules, Earned Value data and product insertion readiness \- potentially across multiple integrators as the demand of the business shifts\.
The successful candidate with have an awareness of DoD new business capture, technical program management and operations experience\. This is a critical role in ensuring a highly visible program is well executed and will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
• Program Review coordination
• Action Item consolidation/closure
• Portfolio standardization and maintenance of presentation material
• Customer meeting coordination/execution
• Program management metric reporting
• Maintenance of capital planning
• Program Summary Master Schedule management and upkeep
• Accountable for behaviors consistent with leading and executing classified programs
As a team member within a portfolio, the candidate will have exposure to a broad scope of capability development activities and will have opportunities to improve the operating performance of the program management office\.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Demonstrated project management or project integrator
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Exposure or direct experience with:

\+ Customer relations
\+ Special Access Programs
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
