You will be the Program Technology Delivery Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control Chief Information Officer \(CIO\) organization\. Our team is responsible for delivering program technology and information systems solutions that drive business objectives and organizational success\.

As the Program Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technology solutions that meet program needs, with a focus on production contracts, and ensuring alignment with business objectives\. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to drive organizational success and build strong customer relationships\.

• Delivering program technology and information systems solutions

• Building and nurturing customer\-focused relationships

• Collaborating with cross\-functional teams, including operations

• Developing and implementing technology solutions that drive business objectives

• Working on\-site in Orlando, FL or Dallas, TX to support program needs

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a Business Technology Partner or similar role, are required

• Proven experience in program technology and information systems, with a focus on development contracts

• Practiced professional in building and nurturing customer\-focused beneficial relationships

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams with a concentration within operations\.

• Demonstrated on\-program experience

• Must be a U\.S citizen and be able to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance after accepting an offer and before starting

Desired Skills:

•Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills, with ability to drive innovation and improvement

• Experience with one or more of the following MBE process tools and technologies:

\- Integrated Business Planning and Material Requirement Planning

\- Design for Manufacturing, Cost, Quality

\- Quality Information Framework

\- Supply Chain Modeling

\- Factory Automation, Asset Monitoring, Statistical Process Control

\- Root Cause Corrective Action and Lean Six Sigma

\- Digital Work Instructions

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
