    Who You Are

    The Global Supply Chain, Change Integration Associate Manager, Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management\. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions\. Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports\. Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client\-satisfaction goals and objectives\. Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients\.

     

    What You Will Be Doing

     

    You'll serve as the GSC voice in the Change process, ensuring that GSC processes, procedures, and supplier issues are effectively communicated and addressed

     

    Lead and mentor Change Integrators to ensure successful project execution

     

    Collaborate cross\-functionally with engineering, project management, and other stakeholders to ensure that changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented

     

    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the engineering change process and its impact on GSC operations

     

    Manage and coordinate the Change Integration team to ensure that changes are properly integrated into the production process

    This position is located in Fort Worth, TX à Discover Fort Worth\.

    Basic Qualifications:

    \-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Supply chain, Business management or related discipline

     

    \-Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or purchasing of commodities

    Desired Skills:

    \-Strong understanding of GSC processes, procedures, and supplier issues

     

    \-Experience with engineering change process and its impact on production operations

     

    \-Excellent communication and collaboration skills

     

    \-Ability to lead and mentor a team of Change Integrators

     

    \-Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

    \-Experience with project management and coordination

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
