Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Journeyman Foreign Military Analyst** to join our team! In this role you will serve under an Army Deputy Chief of Staff to support the intelligence requirements of the Commander and other consumers at Fort Leavenworth, KS.
The Journeyman Foreign Military Analyst will serve with the Customer and Army leaders on matters concerning the Intelligence Threat and emerging threats to ensure continuity of the OE narrative. The contractor will coordinate with the customer and foreign allied militaries to integrate a consistent OE and threat portrayal into Army products and activities, to include concepts, capability development, and exercises.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Responsible for foreign military engagement to assist partner military forces integration of the current and future operational environments (OEs) into large-scale training and exercises.
+ Evaluate and assesses foreign partnered militaries for near-term and deep future wargames
+ Conduct courseware development on topics such as the OE, PMESII-PT, and ASCOPE with emphasis on social engineering
+ Conduct leadership instruction on topics such as OE, PMESII-PT, and ASCOPE with emphasis on social engineering
+ Conduct research and studies to describe these future threat strategies and capabilities
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
+ Active Secret security clearance
+ Master’s degree or higher with 8+ years’ experience
+ Former military operations or intelligence background
+ Military Intel experience, and/or military operations and training exercise support
+ Foreign language capability
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
+ Understand how to conduct research and studies to define the scope and context of the OE.
+ Previous experience and understanding of how the OE and OPFOR affect US military organizational DOTMLPF-P
+ In coordination with the Operational Environment Enterprise and parts of the IC, have experience in identifying and analyzing foreign military capabilities in mil-to-mil engagements.
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
